Heyday Build uses Even-Flow Production to efficiently allocate office & field resources and deliver on schedule; our business is designed to begin one house per month, averaging six homes under construction at any time. We will not begin construction until all client selections are made and no decisions remain. Construction Duration is not a function of days of work effort, it is a function of down-time; waiting for decisions, materials or labor. With an even production schedule, subcontractors do not come-and-go with us, they go to the next job. Keeping subcontractors happy is the key to happy customers - our Purpose is to connect people.​​​​​

Use the toggle button below to see where there is space for you in our construction schedule. Expect 5-7 months for design & permitting before construction.  This will increase by many months in the bottleneck, which I expect to begin in July. More people are working towards plan check submittal and the County is not hiring additional plan check staff !

Confirmed Builds: Signed agreement in place, including a schedule with homebuilder and homeowner commitments..

Expected Builds: Homebuilder and Homeowner have each indicated they feel the conversation is in the direction of building together or have verbally agreed. Not all of these will happen.
